  • Delivery details: Your shipping and billing address, so your jewellery reaches you safely.
  • Order details: The pieces you buy, sizes (such as ring or bangle size), and any engraving or gift-note wording you request.
  • Payment details: The payment method you choose, such as card, bank transfer, mobile wallet, or cash on delivery. (Card payments are handled by secure payment providers, so we never see or store your full card number).
  • Browsing information: Your device, browser, pages visited, and approximate location, collected through cookies and similar tools.
  • Messages and photos: Anything you send us by email, WhatsApp, or social media, including photos you share for a custom or sizing query.

2. How We Use It

We use your information to:

  • Process, pack, ship, and track your order.
  • Confirm orders, including cash-on-delivery orders, by phone or WhatsApp.
  • Prepare engraved or personalised pieces exactly as you asked.
  • Answer questions and help with exchanges, returns, and jewellery care.
  • Send news about new collections and offers, only if you have chosen to hear from us.
  • Keep our store secure, prevent fraud, and improve your shopping experience.
  • Meet our legal, tax, and accounting obligations.

3. Who We Share It With

We never sell your personal information. We share only what is needed with trusted partners who help us run Haequeen:

  • Shopify: The platform that runs our online store.
  • Payment gateways and banks: To process your payment securely.
  • Courier partners: Who receive your name, address, and phone number for delivery.
  • Analytics, advertising, and email tools: If and when we use them.
  • Authorities: Only when the law strictly requires it.

Note: These partners may use your information only to provide their service to us. Some of them, including Shopify, may store data on servers outside Pakistan.

4. Cookies

Cookies are small files that help our store remember your cart, understand which pieces people love, and show relevant content. You can switch cookies off in your browser settings, though some parts of the store may not work as smoothly.

5. Keeping Your Information Safe

Our store uses secure (SSL) encryption, and only authorised team members can access customer details. While we take maximum care, no online system is completely risk-free, so we also recommend using strong passwords for your account.

6. How Long We Keep It

We keep your order and contact details only as long as we need them to complete your order, assist with returns and aftercare, and meet legal and accounting requirements. After that, we securely delete or anonymise them.

7. Your Choices

You are always in control. You can:

  • Unsubscribe from marketing messages at any time using the link in our emails, or by replying “STOP” on WhatsApp.
  • Ask us to stop using your details for promotional purposes.

We aim to respond to all requests within 7 working days.

8. Children’s Privacy

Our jewellery is designed for adults, and our store is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children. Gifts for young ones are welcome when ordered by an adult.

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will always show the latest version.
